SALON POLICIES

Consultations: Color services cannot be quoted without an in-person consultation, which is complimentary.

 

Pricing: All listed services are based on standard pricing. Please be aware that services, specifically those marked with the + icon, can increase due to factors such as the amount of product used and stylist experience.

 

Service Guarantee: We guarantee our salon and spa services when you follow our home care recommendations. The quality of hair color services cannot be guaranteed without proper at-home maintenance using Aveda products. We will make appropriate corrections and adjustments at no charge within 10 days from the date of the original service. We do not offer refunds on salon and spa services.

 

Cancellations: We request you notify us 24 hours in advance before your appointment. In the case of frequent cancellations without proper notification, we may require a credit card to ensure a $25 Cancellation Without Notification fee.

 

Product Returns: If you are not satisfied with a product, please return within one week of purchase for store credit or an exchange. We cannot give cash refunds for returned merchandise.

 

Payment: We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and personal checks with valid ID. We also accept valid Rejuvenation Station certificates, Aveda gift cards and Aveda Pure Privilege Reward Certificates.

 

Rejuvenation Station Gift Certificate Policy: We offer gift certificates for specific services or any dollar amount. Gift certificates are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash, or used to purchase another gift certificate. Service prices are subject to change. Rejuvenation Station is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates can be purchased via our website or in the salon.

We encourage you to get to know all of our staff members so you can book appointments around your time schedule rather than ours. Let us know your needs and we can suggest the best person for you to fulfill those needs.

 

Children: Rejuvenation Station is a place to relax and enjoy your services. For your comfort and the comfort of those around you, please keep them by your side. We do not have a play area. Thank you for understanding.
